Cedar Crest at MacLennan Park

Cedar Crest is the name of the Governor of Kansas's house. The House was first used as the Governors residence in 1962. On Mondays you can tour the home between the hours of 1:00 PM and 3:30 PM.

The home, sitting on a hilltop with 244 acres, has some of the best views of topeka. The beautiful wood work and ornate decorations makes this tour a must see in Topeka.

Thank you for reading,
Ben

  1. The mansion is gorgeous! I run up in those hill all the time with my sister. It's a gorgeous area, I encourage people to check it out and take a tour themselves.
